BCNC welcomes participants of all ages, those who live in Chinatown and surrounding towns. With over 80 staff, BCNC supports the learning and growth of thousands of children, youth and adults. Today, the organization's family-centered approach underlies all its work, and encompasses eight programs that serve infants, toddlers, and preschoolers; school-aged children and youth; parents and grandparents; new immigrants; and those who are born here.
