BCNC is proud of two of our youth participants who are their high school valedictorians this year. Min Zhong participated in ESL classes and the college essay mentoring program at BCNC. Julio Ma Shum has been involved with the BCNC youth leadership programs and the youth bands. He shared his story at this year's annual meeting. Way to go, Min and Julio!
