The ESOL for Customer Service job training program is a free training for intermediate English language learners seeking full-time entry-level employment in the customer service industry. This program is held in partnership with the City of Boston Mayor’s Office of Workforce Development, MassHire Metro North Workforce Board and is a SNAP Path to Work program.

One-on-one help every week with finding and keeping a job!
Eligible students may receive a up to 3 monthly T-passes and/or a small stipend
Next class starts January 29, 2024 - Register NOW!
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday 9:30am-12:30pm
Plus 3 hours homework per week
15 hours of class total every week

Live in Greater Boston area, including Boston, Quincy, Arlington, Belmont, Braintree, Burlington, Cambridge, Chelsea, Everett, Malden, Medford, Melrose, North Reading, Revere, Somerville, Stoneham, Wakefield, Watertown, Wilmington, Winchester, Winthrop, Woburn
Low-income
Available to work 30 or more hours per week
Intermediate English level
Have a computer and reliable internet service
Homeless or near homeless individuals, TANF recipients, individuals with CORI issues, and SNAP recipients are welcome to apply. BCNC is an equal opportunity provider.
