Tufts University's New President Sunil Kumar Visits Pao Arts Center

On October 5th, Joann Yung, BCNC Chief Development Officer, and Cynthia Woo, Director of Pao Arts Center hosted a tour of Pao Arts Center for Tufts University’s New President Sunil Kumar during his inaugural week. Special thanks to BCNC Ambassador Liza Perry for organizing the visit.

BCNC has a long-standing, dedicated partnership with Tufts University including being one of the first host sites for Tufts Tisch Fellows, where undergraduate and graduate students serve BCNC programs, having weekly Tufts Jumbo volunteers who provide enrichment programming to the Red Oak After School program and event volunteers, being a steering committee member with ADAPT a collaboration Tufts Medical Center, Tufts University, and community organizations in Boston’s Chinatown to research and raise awareness of the needs of the Chinatown community, engaging with Tufts professors on projects and research, and receiving funding to serve families of the Chinatown community.
