Youths Plan Art Empowerment Conference

It’s a busy time of year for our youth! Youth leaders are planning a conference in May to empower and encourage other youths to express themselves through art.

Jason is the conference’s content manager. He works on finding and creating workshops that show youth how to do different art forms.

The logistics team—Timmy, Amanda, and Lola—manage the conference’s budget and schedule. They’ve planned the location and costs of the conference, as well as managing the registration form and a raffle.

Anna and Julie are the social media and marketing team. In addition to creating a brand for the conference, they are also gearing up their social media platforms to get the word out. The team also reaches out to local restaurants and manage lunch for conference day.
